Robert Vaughan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years experience in the heritage sector.  His experience with work to Historic Buildings has been recognised by the RICS by becoming a Certified Historic Building Professional, one of the few Quantity Surveyors in the United Kingdom to be included on the register.
